    Description

    Vintage Monarch 23 Dial-A-Pricer price Marking Machine Labeler Working Condition.
    Mechanical parts all move freely, and nothing appears to be loose or missing.  I have no tape or ink with which to test if fully.
    It is a model 23, serial number 71128499.   It carries a property tag (0696) for the West Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission (ABCC), and has a handwritten date of 2/14/72 on the bottom.  There is some old tan masking tape on the dial.  The paint is chipped on the base. See photos.
    I am selling it "as found" and "as is."   Great for collectors or restorers, or just people who enjoy old, well-engineered machines.
