Note that to properly oxygenate your application, you will need to buy the standard air tubing for aquariums (3/16inch) and the air stones separately. Always place the pump above the water level. Otherwise, cut the airline tubing into 2 pieces and connect them with a check valve. Check valve – a check valve is one-way that only allows for air output. This is to avoid water returning to the pump and damage the pump when there is a power cut.
