Aqua Scooter.  Used and untested other than pulling the starting cord which "feels" good as far as compression, no binding or issues that appear would keep it from cranking or operating, however it is sold "as is" with no returns. It's absolutely going to need the fuel system/carb cleaned and more than likely one of the carb seal, new spark plug kits available.
Great price for buy it now for someone into these who can clean up, tune up and enjoy!
