VERY EASY TO USE:

Paint nails with a clear base coat or color of your choice (light colors or white normally work best)
2.
Cut around your desired image.
3.
Soak in water for 15-20 seconds and then the white paper backing will slide off.
4.
Place it on your nail then pat dry.
5.
Apply top coat to seal and protect.
