Vintage Abel Labeling by HalMark Pricing Gun Stainless Steel Label Price Sticker

This is a vintage price label gun
called Abel Labeling.
From HalMark Systems.
It is stainless steel with rubber bands for the pricing.
I honestly know nothing about these items,
but it is a very cool looking appliance.
It does open and close easily for pricing.
As far as anything else, I know it needs a good cleaning.
Unsure if it works or not.
