Garvey Supreme Price Marker 5 Band w/ Leather Belt Holster.
Comes with leather belt holster.
See pics of the actual condition.  There are scuffs/scratches etc., there is also some residual dry ink on felt pad, & stains/ink on metal.
Overall fair to good cosmetic condition, all bands/dials turned, some were stiff, but all seemed to work.
