Vintage Antique Monarch Model #23 Dial-A-Pricer Price Tag Marking / Label Machine.
Includes full roll of vintage orange price tag stamps.
Fit for display as antique decor or conversation piece; possibly museum quality relic; would require maintenance / repair to be used as a functional tool in the retail industry (see "Condition" below).
Condition is "Used" -
Mechanically Non-Working
:  Three of the numerical stamp belts (rubber) have deteriorated and will not traverse on the stamp head (see last picture). Otherwise in good working order;
WILL
feed stickers through and "go through the motions" of stamping price tags. You just can't change the numbers on three of the stamp belts unless / until you replace those belts.
